摘　　要：该文以城乡统筹、以人为本、优化管理为研究视角,通过分析我国人口老龄化的发展趋势及养老设施的现存问题,提出了我国养老设施的两种发展模式,进一步探索了两种模式的分级规划及其配建要求,为制定养老设施整体规划发展策略提供参考。From the view of balancing urban and rural development,human-oriented concept and optimal management,with the analysis of the aged tendency of population and corresponding endowment facilities in China,the authors put forwards two development modes of the facilities for the aged.The hierarchucal planning and configuration requirements of those two modes were further explored in the article.The planning achievement would make contribution to the policy making of general facilities＇ planning for the aged.
