养老设施建筑设计的相关问题思考

摘　　要：中国是世界上老年人口最多的国家,并已跨入人口老龄型社会。随着老年人口的持续增长,现有养老机构与社会需求还存在着较大差距。该文是在编制国家标准《养老设施建筑设计规范》中,对于养老设施建筑设计的设计原则、分类与分级、用房配置、防火疏散以及使用安全等五个方面,所提出的问题和思考。China is the world＇s most populous nation and has became an old-age society.As the aged population growth,the existing old-age institutions lags far behind the social demands.This paper discussed five aspects which based on preparing national standards for 《Building code of facilities for the aged》：facilities for the aged,design principles,classification,room disposition,fire evacuation and safety.
