摘  要:大岗山水电站工程左岸坝顶以上边坡开挖区域,从功能上可划分为:坝肩边坡、缆机平台边坡和进水口边坡3部分,其上下游侧有冲沟发育,最大坡高达315 m。主要介绍了该边坡开挖的施工设计、施工组织和施工管理问题。由于边坡高差大,施工区交通及水电布置存在较大困难,经研究,采取了基坑集渣、集中出渣的方式,有效解决了开挖渣料运输问题;同时,补充了多种材料运输方案,基本解决了材料运输难题。在边坡开挖过程中应加强安全监测,以便根据边坡变形情况合理安排施工进度,并优化有限支护资源的分配。The excavation area above left dam crest of Dagangshan Hydropower Station could be divided into 3 parts,namely abutment slope,cable-crane platform slope,intake slope,and the developed gully exited in excavation area with the highest slope height of 135 m.The construction design,organization and management in the excavation are presented.In the light of large height differences,there were difficulties in layout of traffic,water and electricity facilities,through research,the solutions of slag-collecting in foundation pit and centralized slag-tapping was adopted,which solves the problem of transporting the excavation slag;with other supplemental transport methods,the problem of material transport were solved.For slope excavation,safety monitoring should be strengthened to arrange construction schedule and optimize limited support resources according to slope deformation condition.
