稀油蒸汽驱提高采收率室内实验研究

摘  要:利用人工岩芯开展稀油蒸汽驱的室内实验研究,结果表明:(1)蒸汽驱在水驱的基础上可提高稀油采收率12.07~39.59个百分点;(2)降粘不是提高稀油蒸汽驱效率的主要机理;(3)对于稀油蒸汽驱,影响采收率的主要因素是蒸汽温度,其次是注蒸汽速度及蒸汽干度。此外,实验证明原油粘度较大时,原油粘度对蒸汽驱采收率的影响也比较大。This paper shows the study of steam flood for light oil with cores carried out in laboratory.The results of laboratory experiments shows:(1) Oil recovery can be improved by 12.069~39.59 percent by steam flooding on the basis of water drive;(2) Viscosity reduction is not the main mechanism to enhance oil recovery by steamflooding;(3)For light oil,steam temperature has the greatest impact on the steam recovery,steam injection rate take the second place,and then steam quality.In addition,the results of the experiments show that when oil viscosity is high,the viscosity of oil has a relatively large influence on oil recovery by steam flooding.
