中医药提高机体免疫功能的研究进展

摘　　要：免疫功能低下是造成各种感染性疾病的主要诱因,而各种感染性疾病的预后转归与机体自身免疫力的提高密不可分,故提高机体免疫功能成为预防和治疗各种感染性疾病的主要措施之一。现对目前中药单味药及有效成分、有效部位提取物、中药多糖、中药单方及复方、中成药在增强机体特异性免疫、非特异性免疫功能方面的研究进展进行综述。Low immunity was one of the major causes of various infections diseases,and the conversion and prognosis of various infections diseases was related to the improving of the host immunity,which is is one of the principal means for preventing and treating various infections diseases.In this paper,research progress was made in promoting of specific immunity function and non-specific immune function by using single traditional Chinese medicine and its effective components,the effects of extracts for different parts,polysaccharide in Chinese medicine,single-composition and multiple-composition of Chinese medicine.
