国产封堵器治疗房间隔缺损20例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察国产封堵器治疗房间隔缺损(ASD)的疗效。方法应用国产封堵器介入治疗房间隔缺损20例,分析封堵成功率、并发症等资料。结果本组ASD患者封堵均获成功,术后即刻、48 h、1个月、3个月、6个月复查超声心动图无残余分流,无不良并发症。结论应用国产封堵器介入封堵术是治疗ASD高效、安全的方法。Objective To observe the effects of domestic occluder interventional therapy for atrial septal defect（ASD）.Methods 20 ASD patients treated with domestic occluder were analysed.Analysis of this group of patients included a success rate of transcatheter closure and the incidence of complications.Results Successes were achieved on all the ASD patients.No residual shunts were found at once,48 hours after the procedure and 1 month,3 months,and 6 months later by echocardiography,no complications were found.Conclusion It is a highly effective and safe method of domestic occluder interventional therapy for ASD.
