降胆固醇新药Vytorin(依折麦布/辛伐他汀)的药理与临床评价

摘　　要：Vytorin(依折麦布/辛伐他汀)是一种固定剂量复方制剂,其组分为HMG-CoA还原酶抑制剂辛伐他汀和胆固醇吸收抑制剂依折麦布,适用于在大剂量他汀类药物治疗的情况下低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)仍然无法达标,或者不能耐受大剂量他汀类药物的血脂异常患者。复方制剂与各单方片剂具有良好的生物等效性和安全性,且服药方便,显著提高依从性和治疗连续性,从而增加临床疗效。The fixed-dose combination of ezetimibe/simvastatin （Vytorin） consists of the HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor simvastatin and the cholesterol absorption inhibitor ezetimibe. The combination is appropriate for treatment of dyslipidemia in patients who have not attained recommended LDL-C goals by high dosage statins and who cannot tolerate statins. In addition to similar and excellent tolerability, the combination is bioequivalent to simvastatin and ezetimibe given alone. Because of the convenience in administration, Vytorin has the advantages of improved patient compliance and adherence and increased clinical efficacy.
