摘 要:目的:考察硫酸依替米星与苦碟子注射液之间是否存在相互作用。方法:模拟临床常用药物浓度,按照药物稳定性指导原则,模拟临床输液法,观察依替米星与苦碟子注射液接组更换液体时输液管内溶液的澄清度与颜色的变化。结果:2种药在接组更换液体时输液管内溶液生成紫褐色不溶颗粒。结论:依替米星与苦碟子注射液两者之间发生相互作用,存在配伍禁忌。Objective: To observe the interaction between etimicin sulfate and Kudiezi injections. Methods: At clinical concentrations etimicin sulfate injection and Kudiezi injection, the intravenous infusion was simulated according to the Harmonized Tripartite Guideline and Stability Testing of Drug. The changes in the appearance, clarity and colour of the solutions into infusion tube were observed after replacement of etimicin sulfatebad by Kud- iezi injection in the intravenous drip. Results : The appearance of brown insoluble particles and the numbers of particles exceeding standard were found after mixing etimicin sulfate with Kudiezi injections. Conclusion: Because of the interaction between the injections, etimicin sulfate injection is incompatible with Kudiezi injection.
