多功能呼吸机无创通气治疗急性左心衰竭64例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用多功能呼吸机无创通气治疗急性左心衰竭的疗效。方法对64例入住医院ICU的急性左心衰竭的患者随机分为对照组及治疗组各32例,两组均给予镇静、强心、利尿、扩张血管减轻心脏负荷等常规抗心衰治疗,对照组给予鼻导管或面罩吸氧,治疗组应用多功能呼吸机无创通气。观察两组治疗前与治疗后2 h患者心率、呼吸频率、血压、中心静脉压(CVP)及血气分析变化,记录病情好转时间及12h后治疗有效率并作统计学分析。结果治疗组症状、相关指标改善均明显优于对照组。结论应用多功能呼吸机无创通气能快速有效地改善急性左心衰竭患者的生命指征、血气分析及临床症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of noninvasive mechanical ventilation （NIMV） on acute left heart failure by multi - function ventilator. Methods 64 patients with ALVF were divided into two groups randomly, which were both treated by routine anti - heart failure therapy such as sedative, cardiac glycosides, diuretic and vaso- dilators, what＇s more,the control group were treated with oxygen by nasal cannula or mask, while the treatment group were treated by NIMV. Then observe respectively the HR, RR, BP, CVP and ABG before and 2 hours after the treat- ment. Record the time of symptom release and the total effective ratel2 hours after, then further statistical analysis was made. Results The treatment group was much better than control group in both clinical symptoms and related indexes after the treatment. Conclusion NIMV can fast improve the vital signs, ABG and symptoms in patients with ALVF by multi -function ventilator.
