摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理综合护理在肝胆外科围手术期中的应用。方法选取2010年4月～2011年4月在我院肝胆外科行腹腔镜胆囊取石术患者210例,随机分为两组各105例,分别给予传统常规护理及综合护理干预,比较两组患者术前焦虑状态、术后并发症比例、住院时间及其护理满意度。结果综合护理组的术前焦虑指数、术后并发症比例、住院时间明显低于常规护理组,而护理满意度则明显高于后者,两组差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以大大缓解患者焦虑情绪,减少肝囊取石术后并发症,改善患者预后,缩短其住院时间,并有助于提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application of integrative nursing care in perioperative period of celio- scopic hepatobiliary surgery. Methods 210 patients with cholecystolithiasis were randomly divided into two groups which given integrative nursing care and traditional nursing care respectively. Clinic effects of two groups including preoperative anxiety, postoperative complications, hospital stay and nursing satisfaction, were analyzed by SPSS soft- ware. Results Integrative nursing care group showed much better outcome with less anxious, fewer postoperative complications and time of hospitalization and higher nursing satisfaction. Conclusion Integrative nursing care could significantly release anxiety and improve the therapeutic efficacy, clinic outcome and nursing satisfaction in patients with laparoscopie cholecystectomy.
