柔性护理在妇科肿瘤手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨柔性护理在妇科肿瘤手术中的应用价值。方法选取2009年4月～2011年4月在妇产科行子宫肌瘤切除术的患者250例(开放性术式150例,腹腔镜术式100例),按术式随机分成两组,分别给予传统常规护理及柔性护理,比较两组患者的术前焦虑程度、手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症比例、住院时间及其护理满意度。结果柔性护理组的术前焦虑、术后并发症比例、住院时间明显低于传统护理组,护理满意度则明显高于后者,两组差异具有统计学意义。结论柔性护理干预可以缓解患者焦虑情绪,减少子宫肌瘤术后并发症,改善患者预后,缩短其住院时间,有助于提高护理满意度值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application of integrative nursing care in patients with hysteromyoma. Methods 250 patients with hysteromyoma were randomly divided into two groups which given integrative nursing care and traditional nursing care respectively. Clinical outcomes of two groups including preoperative anxiety, surgery time and bleeding, postoperative complications, hospitalization and nursing satisfaction were analyzed by SPSS soft- ware. Resalls Integrative nursing care group showed much better outcome with less anxious, fewer postoperative complications, time of hospitalization and higher nursing satisfaction. Conclusion Integrative nursing care could sig- nificantly improve the therapeutic efficacy, clinic outcome and nursing satisfaction in surgery - managed patients with hysteromyoma.
