传染病住院病人护理需求分析

摘　　要：目的分析传染病住院病人的护理需求。方法采取开放式提问方式获得病人的主动建议和意见213条,运用帕累托图法进行分析。结果病人对护理工作的主要需求表现在及时执行治疗、提高后勤支持度、提供用药相关知识、提高护理技能和温馨服务需求等五个方面。结论病人能清楚判断自己的护理需求和主动说出自我的需要是护士关注和解决病人问题的最有效方法。Objective Analyzing nursing needs of infection hospitalized clients. Methods Use open type to acquire 213 pieces active suggestions and opinions. Apply praetor diagram method to analyze it. Results The clients＇ major needs are： receiving treatment without delay; increasing the logistic support; explaining the knowledge about medicine ; improving nursing skills and cozy services 5 aspects. Conclusion The clients know what their prob- lems are, then it could reflect the essence that they say it out by themselves. It is to continually improve nursing qual- ity that only paying close attention to the clients＇ major needs and solving it.
