摘　　要：针对复杂山区高等级铁路勘察设计要求,以质量安全专项检查活动为载体,从铁路线路、路基、隧道、桥涵专业设计的角度,分析了影响建设工程质量安全的因素,提出了相关的对策与措施,以确保高等级铁路勘察设计质量。According to the requirements of the high-degree railway observation design in complicated mountainous areas,the paper takes the special inspection over the quality and safety as the transporters,analyzes the factors which influence the engineering quality from the railway routine,the pavement,tunnels and bridge majors,and points out the relative policies and measures,so as to ensure the design quality for the high-degree observation.
