十二指肠溃疡出血的护理干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在胃十二指肠溃疡出血护理过程中的作用。方法将我科近1年98例胃十二指肠溃疡出血患者随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组行护理干预,对照组行常规护理,观察患者的住院时间、并发症的发生率以及溃疡愈合情况。结果实验组与对照组相比,住院时间缩短,并发症的发生率降低,溃疡愈合情况较好,两组各指标差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论有效的护理干预能极大提升患者的治疗依丛性,促进疾病的痊愈。Objective Discuss the effect of the nursing intervention in gastric ulcer bleeding.Methods To our department 3 years 98 cases of gastric ulcer bleeding were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,take the nursing intervention to the experimental group,routine care on control group,observed the length of stay of patients,the incidence of complications,and ulcer healing.Results The experimental group in shorter hospital stay than the control group,decreased incidence of complications after discharge,in accordance with the will can be better,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively relieve the anxiety and panic patients to change unhealthy habits in patients and improve treatment of this disease.
