风痛宁丸治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察风痛宁丸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 1344例患者随机分为治疗组768例,用风痛宁丸治疗,对照组576例,用雷公藤多苷片进行治疗,均为1个疗程,每个疗程30d,在服药期间停用其他抗风湿及止痛药。结果治疗组总有效率95.44%,对照组为71.70%,两组间有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论风痛宁丸治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效明显,未发现不良反应。Objective To evaluate clinical effect of FengTongNing Pills in the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis.Methods 1344 patients with rheumatoid arthritis was randomly divided into treatment group included 768 patients treated with FengTongNing Pills and control group included 576 patients treated with tripterygium wilfordii glycosides tablet,for one course of 30 days.Do not use any other medicines during the treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group is 95.44%,the control group is 71.70%.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusions FengTongNing Pills has significant effect in the treatment of RheumatoidArthritis,and no adverse reactions.
