游离前臂皮瓣修复口腔颌面部肿瘤术后缺损的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨游离前臂皮瓣修复口腔颌面部肿瘤术后缺损围手术期的护理方法和特点。方法对50例行前臂游离皮瓣移植修复口腔颌面部肿瘤术后缺损的患者做好手术前后的心理护理,口腔及饮食护理,术后移植皮瓣的严密观察,早期发现血管危象,及其对症护理。结果 50例患者中48例成活,2例失败,成活率为96%;其中2例皮瓣术后出现血管危象,经抢救1例成活,1例坏死。结论手术前后的心理护理和对症护理、术后严密观察血管危象和及时抢救是确保手术成功的关键。Objective To study the nursing methods and characteristic of reconstruction of soft tissue defects by free forearm flap after operation of oral and maxillofacial cancer.Methods 50 patiens with soft tissue defects after operation of oral and maxillofacial cancer were restored by free forearm flap.nursing measures include perioperative psychological nursing,Oral nursing,diet guidance,close observing crisis of blood vessel and symptomatic nursing care.Results 48 free forearm flaps survived and 2 failed in 50 cases.the success rate was 96%.Among 50 patiens,crisis of blood vessel was 2 cases,who were rescued,but one failed,the other succeeded.Conclusion It is operation success key factors that perioperative psychological nursing,symptomatic nursing care,On time discover crisis of blood vessel and on time treatment.
