摘　　要：生态住宅是中国住宅产业反展的长远目标,为更好地引导辽宁省的生态小区建设,实现小区产业的可持续发展,从辽宁省的实际出发,提出了生态小区的考评指标体系,以期对辽宁省的生态小区的建设提供参考。Ecological dwelling is the long-term goal of dwelling industrial development in China.In order to better guide the construction of Liaoning＇s ecological housing estate and realize the sustainable development of housing estate industry, evaluation index system of ecological housing estate was proposed according to the status, so as to provide reference for the construction of Liaoning＇ s ecological housing estate.
