Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗褐青色痣150例的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨调Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗双颧部褐青色痣的临床疗效以及影响疗效的有关因素。方法:采用广州激光技术应用研究所生产的调Q开关Nd:YAG激光美容机,波长1064nm,单脉冲能量:50～800mJ可调;波长532nm,单脉冲能量:20～400mJ可调;脉冲频率:(1、2、5、10)次/秒。脉宽:8ns～10ns,光斑直径:1mm～6mm可调。150例褐青色痣患者分别治疗2～6次,每次治疗间隔1～3个月。结果:150例患者,经过2～6次治疗后,均得到较为满意的治疗效果。疗效与治疗次数成正相关。治疗3次后总有效率达92.75%。部分治愈病例随访3年无复发。结论:用调Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗双颧部褐青色痣,安全、有效、无疤痕。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of naevus fuscocaeruleus zygomaticus（NFZ） treated by using Q-switched Nd： YAG laser.Methods The laser machine used to treat NFZ is made by guangzhou laser institute.A total of 150 NFZ cases were treated with 1064nm combine 532/1064nm mixing wave length.The interval duration between treatments is 1～3 months.The treating times range from 2 to 6.Results 150 patients,after 2 to 6 times after treatment,were to be satisfied with therapeutic effect.Efficacy was positively correlated with the times of treatments.The total effective rate after three times treatment is 92.75%.Part of the cured patients were followed up 3 years without recurrence.Conclusion It＇s a good and safe method to treat naevus fuscocaemles zygomaticus by Q-switched Nd： YAG laser.
