摘　　要：目的:探讨内镜下切除甲状腺腺瘤的方法及效果。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月～2011年1月在我院行内镜下切除甲状腺腺瘤患者18例的临床资料。结果:在手术之后,所有患者清醒后都发音正常,无饮水呛咳,无胸闷、呼吸困难等现象发生,在手术后2 d拔负压引流管,在手术之后观察3 d没有发现皮肤坏死感染等情况发生。住院时间5～10 d,恢复效果良好。结论:内镜下切除甲状腺腺性肿瘤具有美容效果好、伤口恢复快,并发症少等特点。Objective To investigate the endoscopic method and effect of thyroid adenoma;Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2010～January 2011 in our hospital in patients with endoscopic resection of thyroid adenoma,18 cases of clinical data;results in surgery After all patients were conscious sounds normal,no drinking water,cough,no chest tightness,shortness of breath from happening,pull out 2 d after surgery negative pressure drainage tube,observed 3 d after surgery found no infection,skin necrosis occurs.Hospitalization time 5～10 d,restore good effect;Conclusion Endoscopic resection of thyroid gland tumors with good cosmetic results,wound rapid recovery, fewer complications and so on.
