中药湿热敷治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药湿热敷治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛的临床疗效。方法:选取脑卒中后肢体痉挛患者50例,随机分为两组,对照组采用神经内科常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药湿热敷治疗,经过1个疗程的治疗后,比较两组患者的肢体痉挛Ashwo★h评分。结果:经过1个疗程的治疗后,两组患者的肢体痉挛Ashworth评分均有改善,观察组的痉挛评分较对照组更有优势,两组比较差异明显,有统计学意义。结论:对脑卒中后肢体痉挛的患者采用中药湿热敷加神经内科常规治疗的方法可以有效改善其肢体痉挛症状,提高患者生活质量。Goal：Discussion traditional Chinese medicine wet hot compress treatment apoplexy hind legs body convulsion clinical curative effect.Method：The selection apoplexy hind legs body convulsion patient 50 examples,divide into two groups stochastically,the control group use the nerve internal medicine department convention treatment,the observation group,in the control group treats in the foundation to add with the traditional Chinese medicine wet hot compress treatment,after passing through 1 treatment course the treatment, compared with two group of patient＇s body convulsion Ashworth grading.Finally：After 1 treatment course treatment,two group of patient ＇s body convulsion Ashworth grading have the improvement,observation group＇s convulsion grading compare the control group to have the superiority,two group of comparison differences are obvious,have statistics significance.Conclusion：Uses the traditional Chinese medicine wet hot compress to the apoplexy hind legs body convulsion＇s patient to add the nerve internal medicine department convention treatment the method to be possible to improve his/her the body convulsion symptom effectively,improves the patient quality of life.
