摘　　要：在用溶媒法合成氨苄西林钠的过程中,水分的量影响到氨苄溶解液的质量,从而对氨苄西林钠的质量产生影响。本试验采用正交试验法对氨苄西林三水酸溶解过程中脱水时间、脱水温度、无水硫酸镁的厂家及用量进行了考察,并认为用溶媒法合成氨苄西林钠的最佳组合应为:邢台无水硫酸镁(加量12.5g)在10℃搅拌脱水20min。In the synthesis of crystallized ampicillin sodium,the amount of water in the system,affects the quality of ampicillin solution, then affects the quality of ampicillin sodium.In this study,using the amount of water in the system as the index,the time of dehydration, the temperature of dehydration,the amount of anhydrous magnesium sulfate and its factory were evaluated by orthogonal design method.The superior technology was as follow：using Xingtai anhydrous magnesium sulfate,12.5g,dehydration at 10℃,stirring 20min.
