摘  要:研究了一个远程故障诊断系统平台的软、硬件结构,提出了实现方法及所涉及的关键技术.通过这一平台,并结合传统的故障诊断方法,实现设备制造方、设备使用方和诊断专家三方的协同工作,从而可实现现代制造系统的远程故障诊断.该系统的技术思想同样适用于其他领域的远程诊断.A remote fault diagnosis system platform with both the structures of the software and hardware is proposed, some key technologies for the realization, including application program based on server, descriptions based on server, and JDBC (Java Database Connectivity) based on client, are discussed. And then, several main factors on remote diagnosis system based on network, such as cooperative diagnosis, reliable hardware environment, and sharing of data and knowledge, are also presented. The system aims at working with traditional fault diagnosis approaches and to give better performance by facilitating the collaboration among equipment suppliers, equipment customers, and diagnosis experts.
