护理标识在血液透析患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护理标识在血液透析患者中的使用效果,更好地实现患者的安全目标。方法对2008年8月～2010年8月肾内科收治的80例血液透析患者,采用护理备忘本的建立动静脉内瘘部位标识,股静脉置管标识在床尾的悬挂,与2008年7月以前未采取护理标识管理措施的80例患者作比较。结果采取护理标识措施的患者动静脉内瘘堵塞和股静脉置管脱管的发生率比未采取护理标识措施的患者少,在使用护理标识前后比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论护理标识在血液透析患者中的应用,有利于提高护理安全,提高患者的生活质量,并延长动静脉内瘘的寿命。Objective To discuss the application effect of the tending mark on the hemodialysis patients and to realize the security objective of the patients more effectively.Methods Make a comparison between the 80 hemodialysis patients curing in the nephrogenous section from August in 2008 to August in 2010,constructing the nurse aide-memoire,making the arteriovenous inner fistula position mark and the thigh vena posting tube mark hanging in the end of the bed,and the 80 patients never taking the measure of the tending mark management since July in 2008.Results The patients taking the tending mark measure have the rate of arteriovenous inner fistula jamming and thigh vena posting tube missing less than the patients never using the tending mark.And there is a great difference （P0.05）between using the tending mark or not.Conclusion The application of the tending mark on the hemodialysis patients have the benefits of improving the nurse security,improving the patients＇life quality and prolonging the life of arteriovenous inner fistula.
