摘  要:应用核型似近系数聚类分析方法研究我国16种锦鸡儿属植物的亲缘关系,并计算物种间的核型进化距离。结果表明:刺叶锦鸡儿(Caragana acanthophyllaKom.)与甘蒙锦鸡儿(C.opulensKom.)间核型似近系数最大(0.9979),核型进化距离最小(0.0177),亲缘关系最近;青海锦鸡儿(C.chinghaiensisLiou f.)与中亚锦鸡儿[C.tra-gacanthoides(Pall.)Poir.]间核型似近系数最小(0.3127),核型进化距离最大(1.1625),亲缘关系最远;核型分类结果与形态学分类结果并不相符。The genetic relationships among 16 species of Caragana were studied using karyotype resemblance-near coefficient and evolutionary distance among species was counted.The results showed that there were the biggest karyotype resemblance-near coefficient(λ=0.9979) and the smallest evolutionary distance(De=0.0177) between C.acanthophylla Kom.and C.opulens Kom.,indicating the closest relationship,and there was the minimum karyotype resemblance-near coefficient(λ=0.3127) and the maximum evolutionary distance(De=1.1625) between C.chinghaiensis Liou f.and C.tragacanthoides(Pall.) Poir.,indicating the most wide relationship.The results of clustering analysis did not accord with the phylogeny based on the morphology of these species.Results of this research have some scientific value in some study domains of this genus,such as resources utilization,taxonomy,and phylogeny.
