不同剂量阿托品试验的临床观察与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨不同剂量的阿托品对窦性心动过缓术前检查的影响。方法选取连续400例术前常规心电图示窦性心动过缓患者,随机分为观察组(0.03mg/kg阿托品)和对照组(2mg阿托品),比较2组的阳性率和不良反应情况。结果观察组和对照组阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(p>0.05),观察组不良反应率明显低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论按体重注射阿托品剂量与常规剂量的相比效果相当,按体重注射省时,不良反应少。有效的护理能减轻或避免阿托品试验引起的不良反应。Objective： To observe the influence of different dose of atropine in bradycardia preoperative test. Methods： 400 patients who showed sinus bradyeardia in conventional ECG were randomly divided into two groups, The control group with 200 patients were proceeded with 2mg atropine, while the experimental group with 0.03mg/kg atropine . Results： The positive rate was no difference in two groups （p 〉 0.05 ）. The adverse reaction rate was much lower in experimental group than the control group（p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Dose rased on weight in atropine test was an available method with the same positive rate and less adverse reaction. Active nursing could reduce adverse reaction in atropine test.
