摘　　要：目的探讨PFNA治疗老年粗隆间骨折的方法和疗效。方法应用PFNA治疗老年粗隆间骨折37例。结果其中34例患者得到随访,随访时间6～18个月,平均12个月,骨折全部愈合,无髋内翻等其他并发症。结论 PFNA治疗老年粗隆间骨折具有固定牢靠,创伤小,并发症少等特点,是目前治疗老年粗隆间骨折的一种理想的治疗方法。Objective To study the curative effect of surgical treatment of the Femoral intertrochanteric fractures using the Proximal Femoral Nail Anti-rotation（PFNA）.Methods 34 cases the Femoral intertrochanteric fractures with PFNA.Results 34 cases had been followed up for 6~18 months（average 12 months）.All the fractures were healed.no deformity of hip and other complications cccurred.Conclusion PFNA has the advantages of less surgical trauma,less loss of sclerotin,less complications,more stable fixation.So it is a useful device in the treatment of Femoral intertrochanteric fracture of elderly patients.
