预防VSD术后引流管堵塞的护理

摘　　要：目的 VSD负压封闭引流术的三种不同护理、及其防止引流管堵塞和延长负压封闭引流时间的效果对比。方法收集33例使用VSD负压封闭引流的病例,随机分为冲洗组、滴注组及对照组三组,三组患者的引流管分别采用冲洗、滴注及常规处理,记录每次的引流时间及引流管堵塞次数,以便对比。结果相比之下,冲洗组、滴注组较对照组的引流时间延长,堵塞发生率减少,差异具有统计学意义。结论 VSD负压封闭引流术后实行引流管冲洗术或灌洗术者,可防止引流管堵塞,保持引流管通畅,取得了更好的治疗效果。Objective Comparing the effect of three tube care in vacuum sealing drainage to prevent blockage and extend the drainage time.Methods 33 cases of vacuum sealing drainage patients were recruited and randomly divided into 3 groups：the tube flush group,the tube drip group,and control group.Every drainage duration and the number of tube blockage were recorded and analyses.Results The drainage duration of the tube flush group and the tube drip group were longer than the duration of control group.The tube blockage of the tube flush group and the tube drip group were less than the tube blockage of control group.Conclusion The washing of vacuum sealing drainage tube can keep unobstructed,prevent blockage,and better therapeutic effect.
