摘　　要：总结了68例低体重小儿体外循环术后的呼吸道管理经验。术后加强机械通气管理,除常规护理以外,从视、触、叩、听4个方面加强观察与护理,掌握吸痰指征,通过有效的体疗,进行湿化,遵循科学的吸痰原则和方法。结果本组发生呼吸道并发症5例,其中2例肺不张,3例肺部感染,其余均未出现呼吸道并发症。This paper summarizes the key points of respiratory tract management for 68 low-weight infants after cardiopulmonary bypass surgery.Postoperative nursing included the routine nursing,close observation of patient condition from visual examination,touch,phonacoscopy and listening,strict control of indication of sputum aspiration,and using effective physical exercise therapy to carry out scientific principles and methods of humidification and sputum aspiration.As a result,respiratory tract complication occurred in 5 cases,including 2 cases with atelectasis and 3 cases with pulmonary infection,while 63 cases had not respiratory tract complication.
