摘　　要：本文根据Ｑ开关红宝石激光治疗色素性疾病的原理，设计了用于治疗皮肤色素性病变的Ｑ开关红宝石激光治疗机。通过提高泵浦效率和充电精度，并采用强制水冷的方法冷却，使输出功率和工作稳定性得到提高，输出能量的不稳定度小于±２％ 。脉冲重复频率１ Ｈｚ。非调Ｑ运转时输出能量为２～１５Ｊ／ｐｕｌｓｅ，脉宽大于２ ｍ ｓ；调Ｑ运转时输出能量０．３～２．０ Ｊ／ｐｕｌｓｅ，脉宽为２５ ｎｓ。This paper designs the Q switched ruby laser therapy system on the basis of the principle in which Q switched ruby laser can treat skin pigments diseases.The pump efficiency and the precision of charging are enhanced,so the output is improved and the stability of output is controlled within ±2%.The laser therapy system operates in the rate of 1 Hz.In non Q switched mode,the output energy is 2～15 J per pulse and the width of pulse is above 2 ms;0.3～2.0 J,25 ns in Q-switched mode.
