倍频Nd:YAG脉冲激光诱变钝顶螺旋藻的初步研究

摘　　要：用倍频Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ脉冲激光诱变钝顶螺旋藻，通过生长曲线的测定，选出光合作用较强的藻株。与出发株相比，诱变后的螺旋藻体干重略下降，藻体蛋白质含量增加１２％ ，胞外多糖分泌量提高２４６％ 。The paper reported the studies of irradiation in Spirulina platensis with Doubling Frequency Pulse Nd:YAG Laser.Through determining the growth-curve,the high photosynthetic strains were selected.The nitrogen content and exopolysacchride greatly increased while the dry weight decreased slightly.
