摘 要:目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清内脂素(visfatin)和血管内皮细胞钙黏蛋白(VE-cadher-in)水平的动态变化。方法分别采用ELISA法和免疫比浊法测定116例HIE患儿及40例正常新生儿血内脂素和VE-cadherin水平。结果生后2 h内HIE各组(重、中、轻)内脂素和VE-cadherin水平显著高于对照组(t=17.38,16.24,12.86;17.56,16.14,12.48,P值均<0.01),并且随着病情程度的加重而逐渐升高。内脂素和VE-cadherin水平生后第1天时最高,轻度组第3天基本恢复正常,中度组第3天有明显下降,第10天基本恢复正常。重度组第3天无明显下降,第10天有明显降低,但仍高于对照组(t=11.27,11.36,P值均<0.01)。HIE患儿血清内脂素水平与VE-cadherin水平呈显著正相关(r=0.67,P<0.01)。结论新生儿HIE血内脂素和VE-cadherin水平变化与HIE严重程度有关。Objective To evaluate the dynamic changes of serum visfatin and VE-cadherin levels in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Serum visfatin and VE-cadherin levels were measured in 116 neonates with HIE( 18 cases of HIE were mild;17 moderate;and 11, severe) and in 40 normal term neonates by enzyme-linked immunoabsorbentassay and rate nephelometry immunoassay at the time of admission, on the first day, the seventh day and the tenth day 'after birth. Results Serum visfatin and VE-cadherin levels in infants with HIE were significantly higher than those in control in the 2 hour after birth( t = 17.38,16.24,12.86 ; 17.56,16.14,12.48, all P 〈 0.01 ). Serum visfatin and VE-cadherin levels in infants with mild HIE were not significantly different compared with the control at third day, moderate HIE peaked on the first day after birth, then decreased gradually and resumed at third day after birth;severe HIE peaked on the first day after birth and then lasted until the third day,while serum visfatin and VE-cadherin levels were significantly decreased at the tenth day after birth, but were still significantly higher tha n those in control( t = 11.27,11.36 ,all P 〈0.01 ). Serum visfatin level was significantly relevant to VE-ead- herin levels (r = 0.67 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The present data suggested that the changes of serum visfatin and VE-cadherin levels were correlated with severity of HIE.
