个性心理测试在声带息肉患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨分析声带息肉患者术前术后的个性心理特征，研究与疾病的相关性。方法将第一组声带息肉患者65例（观察组）与正常人群83例（对照组），第二组声带息肉患者术前65例（术前a组）与术后58例（术后b组）纳入本研究，分别进行艾森克个性问卷、抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表的测试，将问卷结果输入心理测评软件系统进行自动分析比较，并进行统计学处理。结果第一组：除P量表得分外，E、N、L各量表得分均值两组比较差异有统计学意义（t分别为5．240，5．137，3．029，2．023，2．358；P〈o．05或P〈o．01），观察组SDs和SAs得分均值高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t分别为2．023，2．358；p〈0．05）；第二组：术前a组与术后b组513S、P、E、N、L各量表得分均值两组比较差异无统计学意义（f分别为1．791，n523，1．423，1．158，1．820；尸〉0．05），术前a组SAS得分均值高于术后b组，差异有统计学意义（t=3．538，P〈0．01）。结论声带息肉的病程与其个性心理特征和抑郁、焦虑等负性情绪、不稳定的个性特点具有一定的相关性，术后患者的焦虑自评有明显好转。Objective To investigate the personality of vocal cord polyps patients before and after operation and study the relationship between them. Methods Group l ： 65 patients with vocal cord polyps （ the test group） and 83 normal control people were included in the study （ the control group） ; Group2： 65 preoperative patients （ a group preoperative） and 58 postoperative patients were include （b group postoperative）; all had Eysenek Personality Questionnaire test, Self-rating Depression scale test and Self-rating Anxiety test respectively. Then input the scores of above tests into psychological test soft system to automatic analysis and contrast. Results Groupl ： The difference of scores between test group and control group had statistical signiticance（t =5. 240,5. 131,3. 029,2. 023,2. 358 ;P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ） for E, N and L scale except for P scale. For SDS and SAS, the mean score of survey group was higher then that of control group, and the difference had statistical significance（t =2. （P_3,2. 358;P 〈0. 05）. greup2： The difference of scores between a group preoperative and b group postoperative had no statistical significanee（t = 1.791, 0.523,1.423,1. 158,1. 820;P 〉0. 05） for SDS,P,E,N and L seale. The difference of scores between patients and control group had statistical significance（t = 3. 538,P 〈0. O1 ） only for SAS, postoperative group got lower score. Condusiorts The mental profile, negative emotion such as depression and anxiety, and instable personality had some correlation with the course of vocal cord polyps. The postoperative patients feel less anxiety than before by thermelves.
