摘 要:目的探讨康复护理人员工作中的压力源,为减轻护士工作压力提供科学依据。方法应用中国护士工作压力源调查表,调查我院工作时间≥1年的护士242名。结果我院242名护士工作中的压力源主要来自于时间分配和工作量;“患者护理方面的问题”在主管护师、护师、护士之间差异有统计学意义[(2.36±0.46),(2.58±0.45),(2.52±0.47)分,F=3.717,P〈0.05];不同聘任方式护士间工作压力原比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论应根据护士工作的压力源以及不同群体护士压力源的不同,有针对性地采用积极应对方式帮助护士减轻工作压力,从而最大限度调动护士工作的积极性。Objective To explore the stress source of rehabilitation nurses, and provide reference to alleviate the job stress of nurses. Methods To investigate 242 nurses according to the questionnaire of work stress source of nurses in our hospital, the working time of everyone was more than 1 year. Results 242 nurses' stress was mainly from time-assignment and workload; There were significant differences in "patient nursing issues" among nurse-in-charge, nurse practitioner, nurse[ (2. 36 ±0.46), (2. 58 ±0. 45), (2. 52 ±0.47) ,F = 3. 717 ,P 〈0. 05 ] ;and there were no differences among nurses with reciuitment styles (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusions Corresponding and active methods should be taken to release the stress of nurse according to different stress source. Nursing work plan should be adjusted flexibly. The work enthusiasm of nurses would be motivated obviously.
