摘　　要：目的探讨高龄肠系膜上动脉栓塞致肠大部切除患者的术后护理方法。方法在常规护理的基础上，综合应用快速康复理念的方法和原则对患者进行综合护理，并结合近期相关文献进行经验总结。结果经过精心护理4例患者均痊愈出院。治疗期间无护理差错及护患纠纷发生，患者满意度达到100％。结论科学有效的护理措施是保证高龄肠系膜上动脉栓塞致肠大部切除患者术后康复的关键。Objective To explore the nursing methods to patients with superior mesenteric artery embolism after most bowel resection. Methods Comprehensive nursing was implemented to patients by rapid rehabilitation philosophy and principles, based on normal nursing. Results 4 patients were recovered and discharged by our careful nursing, and no nurse-patient disputes happened, satisfactory rate of patients has reached 100%. Conclusions Scientific and effective nursing methods were important to ensure the recovery of patients with superior mesenteric artery embolism after most bowel resection.
