摘　　要：本文在分析测绘导航标准化工作的现状与发展趋势的基础上，探讨了测绘导航标准体系建设的总体思路，包括基本原则和工作目标，研究提出了测绘导航标准体系框架和建设重点，试图为测绘导航标准体系建设和长远规划，提供一定的技术支撑和理论参考。The status and developing trends of mapping and navigation standardization are analyzed in this paper. The general idea of the standard system including basic principles and goals is discussed. Then, the paper proposes the framework and the construction keystone of the standard system which provide technical support and theoretical referenee for a long - term construction planning of mapping and navigation standard system.
