2008—2010年我院抗组胺药应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中国医学科学院皮肤病研究所抗组胺药的应用状况和趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用医院数据库,对我院2008—2010年抗组胺药的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)和限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果:我院抗组胺药用药金额呈逐年上升趋势,2008—2010年,我院抗组胺药用药金额分别为1 147、1 180和1 217万元,2009年和2010年较上年增幅分别为2.88%和3.14%;第2代抗组胺药占据用药金额排序首位,其金额为20 272 839.14元,构成比为57.20%。以盐酸左西替利嗪为代表的第3代抗组胺药连续3年居DDDs排序首位,3年来构成比分别为43.1%、38.5%和38.9%;第1代抗组胺药富马酸酮替芬因价格低廉、疗效确切,其用药频度也连续3年位居第3位;国产抗组胺药用药金额逐年上升,3年用药金额分别为575、616和660万元,其构成比分别为50.1%、52.2%和54.3%。结论:抗组胺药在我院临床应用基本合理,第2、3代新型抗组胺药在临床占主导地位。OBJECTIVE： To analyze the status quo and tendency of the utilization of antihistamine drugs in institute of dermatology in Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of antihistamines drugs.METHODS： Based on hospital database,the utilization data including consumption sum,DDDs and DDC of antihistamine drugs in our hospital during the period 2008-2010 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS： The consumption sum of antihistamine drugs increased year by year,the consumption sum of antihistamine drugs were 1 147,1 180 and 1 217 million yuan from 2008 to 2010,up 2.88% in 2009 and 3.14% in 2010 over the previous year.The second generation antihistamine drugs took the lead on the list of consumption sum from 2008 to 2010,its consumption sum was 20 272 839.14 yuan,accounting for 57.20%.The third generation antihistamine drugs such as the representative Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride occupied the top of the DDDs order of antihistamines from 2008 to 2010,accounting for 43.1%,38.5 and 38.9% respectively over the 3 years.The first generation antihistamine drugs like Ketotifen Fumarate steadily dominated the 3rd place over the 3 years on DDDs list because of low price and proved efficacy.The consumption sum of the domestic antihistamine drugs increased year by year,the consumption sum were 575,616 and 660 million yuan in 3 years,accounting for 50.1%,52.2% and 54.3%,respectively.CONCLUSION： The clinical utilization of antihistamine drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable.The new second and third generation antihistamine drugs assume a dominant place in clinical practice.
