摘　　要：目的:观察分析顺铂+复方苦参注射液+白介素-2胸腔内注射治疗老年恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法:收集2005年6月—2010年9月的104例老年恶性胸腔积液的临床资料,采用随机抽样方法分为观察组(顺铂+复方苦参注射液+白介素-2)和对照组(顺铂)。1个月后观察疗效、生活质量(KPS评分)及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并且不良反应较轻。结论:顺铂联合白介素-2和复方苦参注射液胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液临床效果好,且不良反应轻,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cisplatin plus Compound Kushen Injection and IL-2 for malignant pleural effusion in elderly patients.METHODS： 104 elderly patients with malignant pleural effusion collected from Jun.2005 to Sept.2010 were assigned to either treatment group（cisplatin plus Compound Kushen Injection and IL-2） and control group（cisplatin） with random sampling methods.At 1 month,the efficacy,quality of life（KPS score） and adverse reactions were recorded.RESULTS： As compared with the control group,the treatment group showed significantly higher total effective rate（P0.05） yet with less adverse reactions.CONCLUSION： The combined therapy of cisplatin plus Compound Kushen Injection and IL-2 for malignant pleural effusion is more effect yet less toxic than cisplatin alone in elderly patients with malignant pleural effusion,which is thus worthy of clinical application.
