电子药历的设计及在药学监护中的应用

摘　　要：目的:设计适合不同专业临床药师需求的电子药历系统,提高临床药师药学监护质量。方法:依托医院稳定的HIS系统,利用SQL Server数据库和ASP.NET技术进行开发,并基于Web服务器发布,通过临床实例对电子药历的设计和应用进行评价。结果:本系统界面友好,操作简便,120例电子药历所涉及21个病种均显示出较好的实用性、通用性,使用该系统可规范临床药师工作流程,提高临床药师的工作效率,控制患者用药风险,促进药学监护质量。结论:该系统为药师提供了良好的药历制作平台,既是临床药师实用的辅助工具,又是将临床药师工作模式、工作质量、患者的用药安全紧密结合的枢纽。OBJECTIVE： To develop electronic medication record tailored to the needs of clinical pharmacists in different specialty and to improve the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care.METHODS： Based on stable hospital HIS system,the electronic medication record was developed by using the SQL server database and ASP.NET technology,and which was published on a web server.The design and application of the electronic medication record were evaluated in actual clinical pharmaceutical care cases.RESULTS： The electronic medication record system exhibited friendly interface and convenience to use.The electronic medication record used in 120 cases involving 21 diseases turned out to be practical and versatile in that standardized clinical pharmacists＇ workflow,improved their working efficiency,reduced patients＇ medication risk,and enhanced the quality of pharmaceutical care.CONCLUSION： The electronic medication record provides good platform for clinical pharmacists in the making of medication records,and it serves as an assisting tool for clinical pharmacists as well as a hinge between clinical pharmacists＇ working mode and working quality and patients＇ medication safety.
