摘　　要：目的观察降脂汤治疗脂肪肝的疗效。方法将64例脂肪肝患者随机分和治疗组和对照组分别给与降脂汤,脂必妥+复合维生素B进行观察,治疗开始结束时查肝功能、血脂和肝胆B超,结果治疗组、对照组有效率分别为86%、67%,结论加用降脂汤能有效降低血脂,改善肝功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of The decoction of degrading fat which can degrading the blood lipid on treating fatty liver.methods：64 patients with fatty liver were divided into treatment and control groups were treated observation,The start of treatment,at the end of check liver function,blood lipid and liver and gallbladder B-Result.Result the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and control group was 82%,67%.Conclusion The addition of Decoction can reduce blood fat,improve liver function
