浅谈规范药品监督管理行政执法行为

摘　　要：探讨药品监督管理,规范药品监管行政执法行为,提高药品监督管理效率,保障人民用药安全,有效,方便,及时,促进医药市场健康发展。分析当前药品监督管理行政执法中存在的6个问题。提出5个方面的规范药品监督管理行政执法行为的思考。To investigate drug supervision and administration,standardize administrative law enforcement and pharmaceutical supervision and where to improve the efficiency of drug suoervision and management to project the people＇s drug safe,effective,convenient and timely manner to promote the healthy development of the pharmaceutical market.Theanalysisof the current drug supervision and management of administrative law enforcement in the presence of 6question.This paper present five aspects of the normative acts of drug suoervision and management of administrative law enforcement thinking.
