摘  要:研究了微弧氧化表面处理对LY12CZ铝合金拉伸性能的影响,并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了拉伸断口及氧化膜形貌。结果表明,LY12CZ铝合金表面生长一层陶瓷氧化膜后拉伸性能变化不大。屈服强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量下降量都小于5%,伸长率也略有降低。试样表面氧化膜经过抛光后,拉伸性能有所改善。已拉伸试样的表面均匀地残留大量氧化膜碎片,显示氧化膜与基体结合状况良好。The tensile properties of LY12CZ aluminum alloy with microarc oxidation (MAO) treatment were determined, then the fractography and morphology of oxide film were observed using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The results show that the tensile properties of LY12CZ aluminum alloy have less change after the alloy has undergone microarc oxidation surface treatment. For all samples with different thickness of film, the decreases of the yield strengths, tensile strengths and elastic moduli are less than 5%, and the contractions of area have less increase while the elongations slightly decrease. After the oxide coatings are polished, the improvements of tensile properties of the alloy are also less. Many fragments of the oxide coatings remained uniformly on the surfaces of the tensile samples indicate that the adhesion between oxide coating and alloy is excellent.
