碘伏在妇产科腹部切口脂肪液化的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察碘伏在妇产科腹部切口脂肪液化的临床治疗效果。方法:充分引流腹部切口渗出液后分别用碘伏及酒精外敷腹部脂肪液化伤口,观察两组患者愈合程度及痊愈时间的差异。结果:实验组的腹部切口愈合时间7±1.7天,明显短于对照组10±2.1天,P<0.05有统计学意义。结论:碘伏治疗腹部切口脂肪液化简单便捷,费用低,临床效果好。Objective：To investigate the clini- cal applied effect of pvp - i in fat liquefac- tion of abdominal incisions. Methods：To in- vestigate the treatment effect and the healing time of the patients of these two groups（ 16 cases/group） after drainaging exudation adequately. Results： The healing time of the PVP - I group（7 ± 1.7day） was shorter than that of alcohol group（ 10 ±2. 1 day） ,significant difference was found in these two groups, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion ： The therapeutic effect of PVP - I in fat liquefaction of abdominal incisions was significant and can be used widely by gynecology and obstetric surgeon.
