摘 要:目的:通过研究鲁南与鲁中中学生牙列畸形情况,分析不同饮食对牙列畸形的影响。方法:分别从鲁南与鲁中两普通中学中随机抽取学生756人,年龄15~17岁,用安氏分类标准判断其牙列畸形情况,做出统计分析。结果:鲁中地区学生牙列畸形率79.1%,鲁南地区67%,用X2检验后,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:鲁中地区中学生牙列畸形率高于鲁南地区,可能与其主食的硬度低于鲁南地区有关。Objective:To study the malocclusion of high school students, analyze the different diets on the impact of malocclusion. Metheds : Two secondary schools, respectively, were randomly selected a total of 756 students,aged 15 - 17 years old, with Angle classification criteria to judge their malocclusion,and then make the statistical analysis. Result: The rate of malocclusion was 79. 1% in central Shandong. when it was 67% in southen Shandong. Using X2 test, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0. 005 ). Conclusion : The rate of malocclusion in central Shandong is higher, may be related to the hardness of its staple food is lower than southen Shandong.
