摘  要:用MARC/Autoforge 软件对斜轧穿孔时圆坯在穿孔准备区的斜轧过程进行了三维热—力耦合分析, 得到了应力、应变场和温度场的分布特征, 其与物理模拟的结果吻合较好。本研究支持了实心坯斜轧时中心孔腔形成的 “综合应力”理论, 并发现了新的应力分布特征。The three D heat force coupling analysis of the rotary rolling process of the round bloom in the piercing preparation zone during rotary piercing operation was carried out with MARC/Autoforge Software,identifying characteristics of distribution of stress/strain field and temperature field which conform to the result of the physical simulation conducted.This research conclusion suppots the theory of“Composite Stress”involving formation of central cavity of the solid bloom during rotary rolling.Moreover, some new characteristics of stress distribution have been identified.
