摘　　要：对比了用于Φ１００ｍ ｍ 自动轧管机组均整机的６０ＳｉＭｎＭｏ 钢和ＺＵＢ１４０ＣｒＭｏ 半钢轧辊使用情况。试验表明， ＺＵＢ１４０ＣｒＭｏ 半钢轧辊具有硬度落差小， 耐磨性好等优点， 是均整机轧辊的理想材料。Operation of 60SiMnMo steel roll employed by reeling mill of O.D. 100 mm plug pipe plant is compared with that of ZUB140CrMo semi steel roll employed by the same mill.Relevant experiments show that the ZUB140CrMo semi steel roll has advantages such as slight hardness difference and good wear resistance, being a satisfactory reeler roll in terms of material.
