八宝金丹联合针灸治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察以搜剔厥阴、活血导浊原则组方的自拟方八宝金丹配合针灸治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的疗效。方法:150例ⅢA型前列腺炎患者分成3组,每组50人,八宝金丹胶囊治疗组予八宝金丹胶囊3粒(每粒0.5 g),每日3次;针灸治疗30min,每日一次;联合治疗组联合八宝金丹胶囊、针灸治疗,每组疗程6周。结果:150例患者完成了一个疗程的治疗。八宝金丹胶囊治疗组总有效率74%,针灸治疗组总有效率72%,联合组总有效率92%。结论:搜剔厥阴活血导浊法配合针灸是治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎(以瘀滞性为主要症状)的有效治疗方法。Objectives： To observe the therapeutic effects of self-made formula,Babao Jindan,combined with acupuncture in the treatment of type ⅢA prostatitis.Methods： One hundred and fifty cases of type ⅢA prostatitis patients were divided into three groups,50 patients each group.One group was administered with Babao Jindan three times a day,three capsules each time;one group was treated with acupuncture for 30 minutes a day;and the third group was treated with Babao Jindan combined with acupuncture.The treatment all lasted for 6 weeks.Results： After six weeks’ treatment,there was an overall efficiency rate of 74% for the Babao Jindan group,72% efficiency rate for the acupuncture group and 92% efficiency rate for the combined treatment group.Conclusion： Babao Jindan combined with acupuncture is an effective methods in the treatment of type ⅢA prostatitis.
