摘　　要："十二五"时期是中国保险业发展的一个重要的战略机遇期和黄金发展期。在此背景下,深化保险资金运用体制改革,推进保险资金专业化、规范化、市场化运作,具有重要的意义。本文在论述保险资产管理公司发展现状及存在问题的基础上,详细阐释了"十二五"期间保险资产管理公司的发展环境,并指出了"十二五"期间保险资产管理公司的发展方向。The 12th Five-year Period is a golden development period with strategic significance for insurance companics, therefore, deepening the reform on insurance fund investment systems and promoting specialized, regularized and market-oriented investment of insurance funds are very important for insurers. On the basis of the current development situation of insurance asset management companies and existing problems, the paper elaborated on the external environment for insurance funds management in the 12th Five-year Period, and pointed out the direction of development for insurance assets management companies.
