摘　　要：重视身心耗竭对护士的影响，认真分析产生身心耗竭的因素，给予积极应对措施，对维护护士权益，更好地推动护理事业及护理质量的提高具有重要意义。Pay attention to effect of the physical and mental exhaustion on nurses and analyze related factors of earnestly analyze nurse physical and mental exhaustion and provide corresponsive coping measures. All above was of important to maintain the interests of nurses and promote nursing career and the quality of nursing.
