从扶桑绵粉蚧看新发现植物有害生物的处置

摘　　要：本文介绍了2008年扶桑绵粉蚧在我国首次发现以来,我国各级农业部门及其所属检疫机构对其处置情况,包括核实发生情况、开展全面调查、通报发生情况、开展风险分析、确定检疫地位和开展封锁控制等措施,为今后处置其他新发现植物有害生物提供了借鉴。从扶桑绵粉蚧的处置过程也得出一些启示,包括如何提高新病虫的发现能力,如何完善检疫防范的范围,如何加强部门配合。Since the Solenopsis mealybug was first detected in China in 2008,the related agricultural departments and its quarantine agencies have taken a series of measures to deal with the new pest,including verifying the species,organizing surveillance,notifying the concerned departments,taking pest risk analysis,determining quarantine status and taking eradication measures,all those provides experience for dealing with other new detected pest in future,and also gets some revelations in how to enhance the detecting ability,how to perfect the quarantine pest list and how to cooperate with other related departments.
