摘　　要：为实现山西省经济跨越发展,提出了通过整合科技创新资源,搭建研发平台,实施技术攻关等一系列对策,从而有力地促进山西省经济快速健康发展。For the leapfrog development of the economy of Shanxi, the paper proposes some measures of resources integration of technological innovation, construction of development platforms and giving top priority to technological breakthroughs to greatly promote the healthy development of the economy of Shanxi.
